Instructional Technology and Media Manager
Designed, programmed and implemented instructional CDROMs and web pages for medical students. Built web applications, managed several multimedia streaming servers and applications, such as Windows Media Server, Sonic Foundry MediaSite and MediaLandscape. Directed and shot video and photographs to suppport multimedia teaching materials. Participated in choosing and implementing a CMS for the school website. Created training materials and trained all users of the CMS. Edited video and compiled onto DVDs and/or CDROMs. Investigated new technologies for distance education. Implemented a help desk ticketing software application. Created training materials and ran monthly training for basic computing skills.

Multimedia Designer/Flash Programmer/Production Manager

Story-boarded, designed, produced and programed Flash animations for both the web and CD-ROM. Designed interfaces and created images for the web and interactive CD-ROMs. Designed MySQL databases and wrote PHP code for web applications. Conformed all products to clients' corporate design guide-lines. Produced print pieces using Quark. Managed large projects, met with clients, vendors and production staff to ensure on time delivery of finished product.

Wu, Atlantis World Imports, Traditional Karate Atlanta and The Raymond Lawrence Gallery. Projects include interactive CD-ROM's and websites.

Digital Artist/Digital Department Head/Network Administrator

Managed the department responsible for high-end scanning, retouching and outputing film and prints. Other responsibilities include maintenance and upkeep in the digital lab: keeping abreast of changing and current technologies and coordinating with the other departments to complete work in a timely fashion.

1988 - 1999    American Fast Photo and Camera    Milledgeville, Georgia
Manager / Darkroom Technician

Main responsibilities included processing and printing color film, black and white film, maintenance and operation of all photographic machinery and darkroom equipment, portrait photography, copy work, opening and closing the store, and working with the public when technical questions arise.

1996 -1997    Visual In-seitz    Rochester, New York
Photographer/Production Assistant

Used the Kodak DCS 420 digital camera to provide imagery for multi-media production. Other duties included digital image manipulation, web design, animation, copy camera operation, assembling computer systems, and general maintenance.
