Morehouse School of Medicine Training Site — intranet
I created this intranet site so employees could self-register for my training classes. The site's front end displays the class schedule, links to my training materials, links to external resources, a page where attendees can cancel their reservations and an evaluation form. On the admin side of this site, administrators can add/remove classes to the schedule, print rosters, take attendance and view the evaluation results.
Additional features include classes automatically close when all seats are full, automatic email reminders for attendees and an automated attendance policy that prevents users from registering for additional classes if they have missed too many already. This site took me about 30 hours to build. It saved me countless hours of having to manually keep signup sheets for each class in a spreadsheet and dealing with emails and phone calls from hopeful attendees.
