This site is a complete electronic homework system for organic chemistry. PHP and MySQL make up the back end while Flash and HTML enable the content delivery and authoring. This web application takes two textbooks and puts all their questions/exercises online. Instructors can create assignments based on the pre-made questions or create their own. In the assignments, each question can be weighted individually. The assignments can have a start and end date. There is even a option to use ChemCoach in a proctored setting.
I designed the main interface, programmed the instructor back end, including designing the database.I also developed the method for delivering and displaying the synthesis questions in Flash. Multiple companies were involved with the project and I worked to ensure all of their content would function correctly within the application.
