Introduction to Dissection is a CD-ROM project that is a supplement to a lab guide for Human Anatomy courses. It has been downloaded by universities around the world. See a selection on Google Maps. The students view the material before their first session in the anatomy lab. The piece describes the various tools needed in the lab. It even has a feature where the students can print out an image of the recommended dissection tools so they can take it with them while shopping. The application goes on to show the first few dissections that the students will be performing in the lab. From there it shows the procedures needed and the structures that the students will need to identify.
